With particular expertise in attracting Chinese FIT (Free Independent Traveler) inbound guests, we provide one-stop support covering web marketing, operational improvement, and staff training.

President & CEO — Isshin Zhang
Guided by our philosophy, “Think Deep. Act Sharp. ACCEL Forward.”, we strive to understand the true challenges each property faces and be a team that takes action on the ground to create meaningful results.
I spent four years working in hotel operations, followed by seven years in the OTA industry, supporting accommodation providers in operations, sales, and customer acquisition. I then gained further experience managing approximately 20 vacation rental properties and spent one year involved in the launch of a 270-room hotel, including staff training and revenue management.
With the desire to bring this experience in both operations and sales to a wider range of properties, I founded ACCEL Hospitality.
Looking ahead, our goal is to go beyond supporting individual properties and create greater value for hotels, vacation rentals, local communities, and Japan’s tourism industry nationwide.
